Okay Kathy, You hit me over the head! I’m careful what I eat (most of the time) but am resonating with your article BIG TIME! 8 glasses of water a day? That will be a little bit of a challenge; however, I’m willing to give it a go.

Are you sticking with all raw fruits and veggies? Are you taking any supplements? Please share more … I’m right behind you!

Kathy – I echo Eric’s sentiments!! It is a hard thing to do, stepping up and pulling the cover off any of our faults, no matter how insignificant they may seem to others. It is the process of facing up to those things that play around in the back of our minds. Generally they can;t stand the light of exposure, but that is why they are so good at manipulating us to keep them in the dark.

Hey Kathy…I am so proud of you! I have been in the natural health consulting business for over 2 decades…working side by side with the very best in the USA. What you are saying is not uncommon for sure. I would say that a good 40% of natural health care consultants that I know have similar issues. It is beyond brave of you to make a public statement like this and to take a stand for yourself.

I will be praying that you are able to use this time as a new starting point for a brand new direction. Your commitment to do this is powerful and it will be a huge testament in the years to come. Very well said Jodi Lee! There’s something about being patient and waiting for the right moment. My friend Nancy did a similar type of cleanse a month ago and at the time I thought, great for her…I wish I could have the discipline to do the same. As the month went on, I repeatedly found myself being drawn to information about cleansing, and realizing more and more each time that I should do it. Once that shift happened and my mindset was in the right place, I was able to do what I had feared would be impossible!

It often surprises me that we can have so much to teach others in some areas of our lives, yet can forget to use our own lessons in our own lives.
