Hey Amirah,
There’s a plugin called Contact Form 7 that you can use. Personally I have not used it…I prefer to create my forms through my autoresponder, so that I can continue to provide valuable information to my users on an ongoing basis. The autoresponder I use and recommend for this purpose is GetResponse.

Hi Kathy! I just watched your video on how to create on optin box. I attempted to make one the other day when I really didn’t know what I was doing. It looks kind of weird. But anyway I was watching and I was following it up to a certain point but I have not yet made a thank you redirect page after someone has subscribed. But I’m not sure how to do that. I’ve only had my blog since March and I’m still learning. What do you charge for an hour session? I would love to get help on creating my optin box, but also the connect on facebook, twitter and youtube icon buttons, and the little box within posts that says “Welcome back! Subscribe to my newsfeed, letter etc. ” you know that one. I’m so happy I found you
