Great question. I actually did this post long before I began incorporating video into my opt in box, so I’m glad you’ve asked.

All you need to do to add your video is to copy the embed code from your YouTube video into the text widget, wherever you want it to appear in the opt in box. Once the code is copied you’ll want to add 1 or 2 tags after the code to add line breaks, and change the width and height values in the 2 places they appear in the embed code.

I’m glad this was helpful to you. In order to use your own Subscribe button all you have to do is upload the graphic and replace the existing code for the Submit Query button with the code for your graphic. When you edit the widget, just look for the image code that points to the old button and swap out the new code.

I have one question though ~ how can you replace the ‘Submit Query’ button and add your own.
ie. I have my own ‘Subscribe’ button graphic I want to use instead of Get Responses’ button graphic.

I have everything working except for that bit.

Any help would be appreciated.
