Could you use emotional clearing? I recently had an incredibly EmMatrix session with a remarkable Law of Attraction coach named Sandhan, and it was life changing! Kathy…thanks for being transparent…it is refreshing. I am a firm believer in learning how to become emotionally free. I have seen emotions become so entangled with the physical body that it is like trying to undo a knot in a fishing line that has just become nearly impossible to untangle. When they connect so closely with the physical body like that it takes a process to unravel and untangle it and it sounds like you have found one of those processes. I have done a lot of work on myself over the past few decades. Have not hear of EM Matrix, but it sounds intriguing and really valuable. In that list of questions, I had to honestly say yes to every one of them, but at this point I only have those thoughts once in awhile. I believe that none of us can really completely negate all that negative programming that we received as a child nor can we negate the input from the environment and world we live in. We can just keep adding positive input, positive experiences and a sense of knowing how powerful we really are.
