Some of the team building ideas that are bonding my team:
- Skype group, where we get to know each other on a more personal level, discuss ideas, and hold meetings
- Private ning community which contains trainings, important information and links, and an opportunity to share photos, etc.
- Team trips, bringing us together from all over the country, in 1 place
And we have something exciting and huge in the works, as we speak. Stay tuned for a major announcement coming in the next week!

I agree with you that bonding a team is important. Skype has been a valuable tool for me. And I really love Oovoo. There is a fee involved but you can get up to 6 people on a video call. And you can record it. Great for people unable to make the call.

I never knew what a Tribe was until I learned about Unified Tribe. I am not part of Unified but it did bring me to TSA!

I am a huge fan of Skype! Instant Message is a great way to stay in contact with your network without having to allocate a huge amount of time. Great location for a video shoot (even if the waterfalls made it a tad noisy… just made us feel like we were right there, too). Skype’s group call feature is so great for connecting everybody from all the corners of the world. OoVoo is good too (just did a video conference this morning with someone in Japan with ooVoo). As Deb mentioned above, having all this technology allows us to all connect in better ways and to reach out and meet great people!

I was first introduced to tribes several months ago but never utilized the concept at the time because of other stuff I was working on.
But now after about a month of jumping in head first, I love it!
