Hi Kathy,

Thanks for sharing your #1 book recommendation with the community. It’s so true, most of us are not entirely conscious of the choices we make as well as their future impact.

I think conscious choice making, even the smallest of choices such as what we are going to eat for breakfast, have a long lasting and profound result over time on our lives.

This forces us to think before we act in each and every moment so we can create better “karma” for ourselves and improve our quality of living. Thanks again for the share!

The Slight Edge! What a wonderful book and thanks for sharing.

Funny thing Kathy! Dawn and I just completed a video on this very same topic as of yesterday.

As they say, GREAT minds think alike!

I believe that everyone should read this book. We also have it on audio and both of us listen to it on our iPhones all the time.
