I love your post. Needless to say, I agree with you that tribes are a great way to give your business a boost. You have to invest some of your time in order to reap the benefits. But it is a very small price to pay compared to what you get in return.
On top of that you get to meet a lot of great people by joining. Your blog is a good example. I found it through the tribe we both belong to, and I thoroughly enjoy reading all your posts.

I’m really inspired by your entire blog. I have been in IM really heavy for the last 3 years (so no need to leave a link, I’m not in IM as a niche, only for education). I have recently enlisted my parents in the online world as they near retirement. Your blog will be a great and digestible source for them, so thank you. It is so good to see good people give back, rarely seen in IM: how easy to forget where we all came from.

At this point I outsource everything and spend my time finding new niches and managing project managers, and making my own products. But I must say, the “Accountability” factor really spoke to me! I love to meet other marketers and I also love to learn from others. I have some well tested methods I’d love to share with others.

If you do belong to a tribe that DOES REALLY have accountability: Please, send me an email. I truly appreciate others that live by “do what you say you’re going to”, it’s a precious commodity these days.
