Hello Kathy,

I am from India and I really appreciate the beautiful explanation you have written regarding the meaning of the word "Namaste".

I am from the new generation of India, who hasn't actually forgotten its spiritual and cultural background, but is also not involved with it, as much our elders were or would like us to be.

Its really good to see that you have taken the time and made an excellent effort to spread this beautiful message of peace and tranquility among your friends and well wishers.

I have seen and read at various places on the internet that Indians are inherently cowards and they are not up for a fight. I wish the persons who spoke this understood where we come from. We would never harm or attack anyone but only defend our integrity.

I hope some of those guys read your post and truly understand, whats the right way to live - In harmony and understanding, not fighting for satisfying your Ego.

Thanks once again.

Regards,
Vikram.

Great post Kathy!

You really explain the true
sense of the word.

Working towards handling the
inner dialogue is huge, and you
laid it out beautifully.

Thank you.. Namaste:)

Great post Kathy,

Breaking away from the mask of the ego and recognising this part doesn't really have our best interests in mind but is only interested in maintaining our trance states, is a challenge for all of us. Connecting with the true self is a great source of joy.

Namaste,
Johneal

Kathy

I really enjoyed reading about Namaste. There is so much good information in this one article. . Personal Growth is so important to ones self. The jpurney takes time, however the benefit can be so rewarding and enlightening. Thanks for sharing the meaning of Namaste with all of us.

Kathy,

That was a great post! A wonderful explanation of who we. I resonate with your message so much. I also have read Deepak Chopra's book and am a big fan of his.
